Restarted the webinar program with the first webinar having almost 500 sign ups and over 250 attendees.

All aspects of design and production of a b to b magazine. Hiring of staff. Art directed photo shoots. Trade show booth design. Design of presentations, maps, booklet and forms for trade show.

Achievements:

Saved the company over $3000.00 on the first magazine that I managed production of. Managed both production and design of the magazine until it grew enough that I needed help. I haired an Art Director and three designers. Together we grew the magazine to 200 pages and a subscription base of over 20,000.

Design materials for new product launches, including packaging, manuals, point of purchase displays, magazine advertisements and trade show booth graphics. Art direction of product photo shoots for packaging and advertisements. Worked with engineering on user interface designs.

Achievements:

Created an archive for all digital assets. Created a faster system for mock-ups of lexan product interfaces.

Achievements:

Changed four large photo albums into a searchable digital photo album of over 2000 screen-printed and embroidered sportswear designs. Setup digital photo studio to create assets for the digital photo album. Managed team of 5 that ran the sample department and distributed and created all digital and physical samples and album images.
